AESICS is situated at the H. L. Campus, which also houses other institutions of the H. L. family, thus encouraging interaction between the students of various faculties.

The campus has a large sports ground with facilities like cricket, football, basketball and a modern gymnasium.

The institute is equipped with modern infrastructure like wide air-conditioned and tiered class room with facilities like on line teaching, seminar room and conference hall with audio visual facilities for presentation. There is a comprehensive collection of book covering major subjects of computer science and information technology to meet the present and future needs of the faculty members and students. The library operations are computerized for speedy operations. The library provides range of books, reference materials  periodicals, national and international journals to the users.
